PureCloud Collaborate

Here are a few things you can do in Collaborate:

• Profiles – Complete your profile – add contact information, photo, and so on. Set your status.

• Search – Search across the Directory for individuals and groups in your organization

• Chat – Send messages to individuals and groups

• Hierarchy views – Browse the structure of your organization

• Documents – Store, organize, and share files with other users

Start PureCloud Collaborate

If your CIC administrator enabled PureCloud for CIC, a Collaborate button appears in the CIC client.

Click the Collaborate button.

PureCloud Collaborate appears in a new browser tab. You log on automatically to PureCloud.

Tip: If a splash screen appears, double-click Collaborate/Communicate.

The Resource Center contains context-sensitive help and also enables you to access articles, videos, FAQs, and more. It is the home of all PureCloud instructional and educational information about the many features in Genesys PureCloud.
